FIFA referee Ishmael Barbara was tasked with the role of fourth official in the UEFA Under-19 Championship semi-final on Thursday between Spain and Italy.

Barbara had served in this same role in the curtain raiser in this tournament between Poland and Portugal and the matches Greece vs Spain, and Spain vs Norway.

Meanwhile Malta FA Referees Chairman Alan Mario Sant was assigned the role of Referee Observer for the semi-final Portugal v Norway.
