Three Premier League players were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the weekend’s matches.
The players are Floriana duo Christian Caruana and Clyde Borg and Mosta striker Bojan Kaljevic.
Caruana and Borg are ruled out of the game against Balzan while Kaljevic misses the game against Hibernians.
In Division 1, Diego Armando Cucciardi (Msida) was handed a two-match ban while Christian Cassar (Gzira), Dejan Vukovic and Timmy Fleri Soler (Lija), Andrew Amato (St. Andrews), John Nwoba and Yessous Camilleri (Zebbug), Clint Micallef and Aleksandrs Cekulajevs (Zejtun) were all banned for one match.
Dale Camilleri (Gharghur), Gilbert Camilleri (Mdina), Reuben Vella (Mellieha) and Toraino Singleton (San Gwann) were suspended for one match in Division 2 while Noel Bilocca (Ghaxaq), Ryan Theuma (Sirens) and Gerald Ancilleri (Sta. Venera) were banned for one match in Division 3. Attard assistant coach Joseph Galea was handed a two-match ban.
