Prestigious appointment for Jude Amin Utulu in EBSL 2015 Superfinal and Promotional Final

After his recent participation in the 1st edition of the European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan, FIFA Beach Soccer referee Jude Amin Utulu has been designated by Beach Soccer Worldwide (BSWW) to officiate during the Euro Beach Soccer League (EBSL) 2015 Super Final and Promotion Final in Parnü (Estonia).

The 2015 Euro Beach Soccer League is an annual European competition which allows national teams to compete in beach soccer in a league format over the summer months. Each season ends with a Superfinal, deciding the competition winner. This XVIIIth edition – one of the most prestigious, respected and consolidated beach soccer competitions – kicked-off in June in Moscow; and continued its 2nd phase earlier this month in Siofok, Hungary.

Sixteen of the most talented teams from Division A and B in Europe have battled through these two group stages to reach the concluding event of the EBSL 2015 season.

Eight teams from Division A qualified for the Superfinal, who are now split into two groups to battle it out until a European champion is crowned: Italy, Ukraine, Belarus and Spain in Group 1; and Switzerland, Portugal, Russia, and France are in Group 2.

The Promotion Final, which will determine whether the last placed team in Division A over the course of the year is relegated and a Division B team rises to the top-flight division, or if the Division A team will be able to conquer the seven Division B teams to remain in Division A, is split into two groups: Group 1 has Hungary, Norway, England, and Estonia; Group 2 includes Turkey, Azerbaijan, Romania, and the Czech Republic.

All 16 teams will have four games to prove their worth. There will be three days of Group play and then a Championship Sunday where every place from the eighth to the first in Division B and Division A will be determined.

Pärnu will be crowning a new European Champion, and a new Division A team.
