Newly-promoted Marsaxlokk continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of Edafe Christopher Uzeh after agreeing a two-year deal.

The thirty-four year old Nigerian-born midfielder has been playing in Malta for the past sixteen years Valletta, Hibernians, Naxxar Lions, Qormi, St. Andrews, Fgura United, Siggiewi, St. George’s, Xewkija Tigers and Santa Lucia. For the past two years, he was a part of the Hibernians squad.

The Southseasiders had earlier signed Timothy Tabone Desira, Leandro Aguirre, Conor Borg, Dale Mifsud and Ryan Tonna.
