The UEFA Referees’ Committee has appointed Futsal referee Stephen Vella to officiate in the Group F matches to be contested in Greece, as Doukas SAC will be hosting this Preliminary Round group, also comprising Blue Magic FC Dublin representing Ireland, Moldova Futsal Champions BSC Nistru Chişinău, and debutants in this elite UEFA competition, English side Bloomsbury Futsal.

Vella was the first referee for Blue Magic Dublin and Bloomsbury and the second referee for Nistru-Chișinău and Blue Magic Dublin on match-days 1 and 2.
