Three Premier League players suspended

Three Premier League players were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the weekend’s matches.

Matias Muchardi (Mosta), Camilo del Castillo Escobar (Santa Lucia) and Ryan Grech (Sirens) were all banned for one match.

Muchardi will skip the match against his former club Sliema, Escobar the match against Hibernians and Grech the clash with Balzan.

In Division 1, Adrian Carabott (Zejtun) was handed a four-match ban Carl Ciantar (Fgura), Ismael Borg (Lija), Steven Meilak (Naxxar), Joao Pedro Oliveira Santos (Pembroke), Bradley Schembri (Qormi), Marc Attard and Kyle Muscat (Swieqi) were all suspended for one match. Naxxar official Adrian Ciappara was banned for two matches.

In Division 2, Pablo Cesar Doffo and Karl Magri (Marsaxlokk), Aidan Mizzi (Melita) and Glen Pace (San Gwann) while George Chircop (Xghajra) was suspended for two matches. Marsaxlokk coach Edgar Degabriele was suspended for one match.

Dylan Lee Tanti (Kirkop), Joseph Chetcuti (Marsaskala), Isaac Chircop (Msida) were banned for one match in Division 3.
