Balzan secured the services of Dutch winger Moussa Sanoh.
A Dutch youth international, twenty-five year old Sanoh played at Quick 1888, NEC Nijmegen and PSV at youth level. He had a spell on loan at RKC Waalwijk before moving to England to join Crawley Town. Samoh spent the last two and a half years in Romania where he played for ACSM Politehnica Iasi, Gaz Metan Medias and FC Voluntari.
Balzan had earlier signed Serbian duo Milan Djuric and Aleksa Andrejic.
