Toze Mendes names Under-19 squad ahead of Montengro friendlies

The Malta Under-19 national team will be playing two friendly matches against North Macedonia as part of the preparation for the UEFA Under 19 EURO final tournament which will be played in Malta between the 3-16 of July 2023.

Coach Toze Mendez named a 24-man for the friendly matches scheduled for Saturday 18th (kick-off 20:15) and Tuesday 21st (kick-off 18:00) at the Malta FA Training Grounds. 

The selection is spread on several clubs with Birkirkara FC and Mosta FC topping the list with three players each.  The squad also includes two players each from Valletta FC, Luxol St Andrews, Swieqi United FC, Balzan FC, Gzira FC and Boavista FC.  The remaining players come from San Gwann FC, Qrendi FC, Hamrun Spartans FC, Loughborough FC, Gudja United FC and Pieta Hotspurs FC.

The squad was unveiled on MD-1 and is as follows:
