Hamrun Spartans launched the programme of celebrations following the ninth championship won by the club.
The programme activities will be spread over a number of weeks with activities including blood donation, entertainment, special radio program, commemorative photo opportunities with the championship trophy, visits to the authorities, organisations in Hamrun, a sports marathon as well as thanksgiving services in the Hamrun parishes, among others.
The programme of celebrations reaches its climax on Saturday April 22 when the team will be presented with the Premier League trophy after the game against Gudja United and the party continues in St. Joseph High Road.
